A study on Industrial Development Strategy of Intelligent Marine Industryin the Urban Construction of Dalian Ocean Center City
Abstract
As a representative of marine scientific and technological innovation and an important way of marine development in the future, intelligent ocean has promoted the development of marine electronic information industry and the transformation of traditional marine industry, and can promote the establishment of ocean center cities and the development of marine digital economy from an industrial point of view. Through the analysis of the restrictive factors affecting the development of marine economy in Dalian, such as marine industrial structure, scientific and technological innovation, marine development, and the sustainable impact of the epidemic situation, as well as national strategies and international events such as "carbon peak and carbon neutral", "Silk Road on Ice", "Japan nuclear waste water into the sea" and other national strategies and international events that may affect the adjustment of intelligent marine industry and product structure, it was suggested that we should promote intelligent marine industry and set up capital chain in many ways, to form diversified investment and financing channels of government investment, financial financing and social fund-raising, and to expand the supply chain and cultivate the marine information industry market. It was also suggested to link the data chain to form a marine information data chain with "collection, transmission, mining, application and sharing" as the main line; extend the industrial chain to create an intelligent marine ecosystem that integrates cross-border applications; build an innovation chain and build a marine scientific research and technological innovation system around industrial development; and upgrade the value chain and extend the industrial chain.
