Review of studies on PICC tip position under ultrasonic localization for neonates (超声心动图技术定位新生儿PICC导管尖端位置的研究进展)

Abstract

This article reviews the progress of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) tip positioning under ultrasonic localization, including one-time arrival rate of PICC tip, misplacement of PICC lines, catheter-related complication etc. The ultrasonic localization shows the advantages of accuracy, real-time, and simple operation. Especially, the catheter location tracking during the use of premature infants ensures safe, effective, and timely intravenous infusion. (本研究综述了超声心动图定位新生儿经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端位置的研究进展, 包括新生儿PICC导管尖端位置的选择、导管异位监测以及并发症和技术操作等。超声心动图定位具有准确性、实时性、操作简便等优点, 可对早产儿使用过程中的导管位置进行跟踪, 为安全、有效、及时的静脉输液提供保障。)
