The current research aims at surveying the attitudes of the members of Damshahre Sepidkooh Producers' Cooperative in Khorram Abad- Lorestan Province to learn about their problems and difficulties. The statistical population comprises the entire cooperative members involved in milk production by Damshahre Sepidkooh Producers' Cooperative (N=81) which were all included in the survey. 64 questionnaire were collected and analyzed (n=64). Questionnaire was used as the data collection tool whose facial validity was approved by eligible scholars and experts. A pilot study was conducted to determine reliability whereby Cronbach's Alpha was calculated to be between 0.78 and 0.89. Based on the results, the problems were identified and categorized in 6 groups. The members of cooperatives had consensus on drawbacks on finance as the top priority. It was also revealed that there was significant correlation of bureaucracy and management, human resources and emotions, technicality and equipments, and security and safety with members' attitude towards problems involved- the dependent variable. There was found to be yet more significant correlation between "facilities and services" and members' attitude towards problems involved while there were not found any significant correlation between “facilities and services” and the members’ attitudes. It was also found out that the abovementioned variables account for nearly 74 percent of the attitudinal variance. Suggestions were given accordingly.
