Abstract

The item contains proof to the idea of establishing review-analytical and technical-economic tests for the topics of the research projects carried out (within the 6th techno-economic paradigm), as well as prognostic research in order to detect the patent capability of the developments. One of the ideas expressed here relates to establishing training courses on basics of forecasting and patent studies.
