The adopted research method was integrative literature review. The articles were selected on PubMed, LILACS, Medline, IBECS, and SciELO databases guided by the following question: what digital teaching technologies are used in nursing courses in Brazil? Eleven articles were selected. Results showed that the following were utilized: virtual learning environments, education software, interactive multimedia (CD-ROM), virtual simulations, hypertexts, digital games, websites, and virtual discussion groups (e-group/listservers).
