Violation of the energy distribution of desorbiting ions Na+ in thermal ionization on the surface of NaAuy alloy

Abstract

The effect of the applied external electric field on the energy distribution of desorbed from the alloys are presented. It is shown that the energy distributions of the desorbed depend on the distribution of positive charge carriers near the surface that, in turn, depends on the external electric field.
