RESULTS: As a result of data evaluation, it has been found out that The Scale of Women Academicians' Career Barriers consisted of 40 items and four sub-dimensions. Item total point correlation values were 0.33-0.56, factor loads were between.339 and.885 and test-retest result was extremely significant (p<0.000). It has been determined that the Total Cronbach alpha coefficient of the scale which explained 46% of the total variant is.90, and points of sub-dimension varied between.73 and.88. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: As a result of the study, it has been determined that The Scale of Women Academicians' Career Barriers is a valid and reliable measurement instrument which can be used with the purpose of determining women academicians' career barriers.
