Punch in the image

Abstract

This article concerns the research for the creation of the videoart and installation entitled Soco na Imagem, developped between 2006 and 2007. The work has been exhibited at the Museu de Arte Moderna da Bahia (BA) and at the 16º edition of the Festival Internacional de Arte Eletrônica SESC_Videobrasil (SP). In this way, it’s described procedures and operational concepts that show the confront between the body and the camera through a possible dialogue.
