Abstract

Literature review on methods of determination oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen of content in germanium is given. Methods of determination oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen of content in germanium: temperatures of degasation and analysis, mass of analytical samples, time of analysis, design of carbon crucibles ets, — are prepared.
