It this article to investigate the evolution of the rights of existential social citizenship and the inclusion of social security within your content. Surpassed this point sought to the doctrinal tradition put the minimum amount of human dignity where it is treated within the normative rule species, noting that this approach when this content is not fulfilled by the State the citizen does not exist legally in a dignified manner. It was concluded finally that there is a fundamental social security for low-income insured that makes up the existential social citizenship. It used the bibliographical and jurisprudential research.
