Os retornados d’as Naus antunianas: espaço e (des)pertencimento na narrativa contemporânea portugue
Abstract
The present study aims to present some considerations about the relation between space and belonging in the novel As Naus, of António Lobo Antunes. It desires to demonstrate how the degeneration, the fragmentation and the desidentification notable in the description of the space of the novel, elements visible in the contemporary portuguese literature post-dictatorial, reflect the portrait of the condition of the contemporary man and world: portrait multiple, fragmented, in splinters, whose pieces make part of a persistent effort of desconstruction/reconstruction in the endless search of a hypothetical lost totality.
