The system of state order is necessary for economy of any country, as it can satisfy the needs of federal, territorial and municipal structures in relevant goods, jobs and services. The article shows specific features of Singaporean system of state purchase; describes procedures of purchasing subject to imputed cost of state purchase and registration on the portal of e-state order. The author demonstrates that critical perception of experience of the country, which during less than 50 years managed to jump from the level of third-world countries to that of the most developed countries of the Asia-Pacific Region, making innovation and more advanced legislative and technical decisions could allow us in the future to build more developed and efficient system of state purchases in Russia.
