周细胞与中枢神经系统疾病 Pericytes and Central Nervous System Diseases

Abstract

周细胞存在于毛细血管壁，发挥调节脑血流量、维持血脑屏障、稳定新生血管等多种重要作用。周细胞损伤引起毛细血管病变导致微循环功能障碍，是卒中、糖尿病视网膜病变、阿尔茨海默 病等多种中枢神经系统疾病的病因。本文就周细胞的分布、功能及其与中枢神经系统疾病的关系进行综述。 Abstract: Pericyte exists in the walls of capillaries, which plays an important role in regulation of brain blood flow, maintenance of the blood–brain barrier, stablization of new blood vessel formation, etc. Pericytes injury, which causing capillary disease and leading to microcirculation dysfunction, is the cause of stroke, diabetic retinopathy, Alzheimer's disease and other central nervous system diseases. This paper aims to review the distribution and function of pericyte, and its relationship with central nervous system diseases.
