OBTAINING AND RESEARCH OF MICROCRYSTAL POWDERS OF LITHIUM NIOBATE AND TANTALATE
Abstract
A method of synthesis of microcrystal single phase high disperse powders of lithium niobate and tantalate with and narrow distribution of particle size was developed. Researches of final and intermediate products were carried out by differential thermal analysis, X-ray analysis, IR-spectroscopy, crystal optics, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption. Powder fractions 1-5µ and 5-10µ were obtained by decantation for different technical applications.
