We report a case of giant scapular vascular eccrine spiroadenomas. This case is characterized by its large size and location in a region with sparse vascular distribution, along with a favorable postoperative prognosis, which merits reporting.Keywords: giant vascular eccrine spiradenoma, scapular, surgery
