This article presents a brief analogy between the anatomy and music to reveal that the poetic is not attached to the structure of the poem. Reading Confession (2002) by Jos Fernandes is the substantial element of the critique done. Discussions have supported the theory Lefebve (2008).The anatomical character ardent by blood and by studying the notes by the musical focus are the elements used to sense the potential of literary art that each word has. The points mentioned in this article, the anatomy and the music, give, from the perspective of textual criticism, understanding that the poetic does not project in the poem through his rhymes or rhythms, but by every word that opacity and dresses, as result gives the reader the possibility of identifying the deep literary art. Keywords: Confession. Anatomy. Music. Poetics.
