In this paper, hybrid structure of piperidin—thiosemicarbazone with different substituents; R = −H, −F, −OCH3, −Cl, −NO2 (compounds 1–5) are reported. Structure of synthesized compounds 1–5 were elucidated using spectral characterization. Upon testing the synthesized hybrid structures for anti-inflammatory activity, the compounds exhibited significant effect.
