Forensic Expertise on Violent Crimes

Abstract

The article considers the issues related to the concept, the essence and purpose of forensic examination. The author states that when investigating violent crimes forensic medical examination of persons alive is the most problematic and frequently-set expertise. The possibilities of forensic medical examinations of living persons are presented.
