Construction and practice of a competence-oriented clinical teaching mode for orthopedic nursing interns (以临床胜任力为导向的骨科护理实习生临床教学模式的构建与实践研究)

Objective To construct a competence-oriented clinical teaching model for orthopedic nursing interns, and evaluate its impact on the clinical competence of nursing interns. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted, with 38 orthopedic nursing interns randomly divided into an experimental group (n=19 ) and a control group (n=19). The control group received routine teaching mode, while the experimental group implemented a clinical competence-oriented teaching model, including forming a professional teaching team, constructing systematic teaching content, integrating theory and practice, and stage-based assessment. The clnical teaching period was one month, and the scores of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and comprehensive clinical nursing ability of the two groups were compared. Results After the internship, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge (90. 23±2. 47 vs. 83. 26±4. 11, P<0. 05), practical skills (92. 13±5. 31 vs. 84. 12±3. 25, P<0. 05), and comprehensive clinical nursing ability (93. 23±5. 27 vs. 84. 25±6. 31, P<0. 05) compared with the control group. Conclusion The clinical competence-oriented teaching model can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and comprehensive literacy of orthopedic nursing interns. (目的 构建以临床胜任力为导向的骨科护理实习生临床教学模式, 评价其对护理实习生临床胜任力的影响。方法 采用随机对照试验, 将 38 名骨科护理实习生随机分为试验组(n=19)和对照组(n=19)。对照组采用传统带教模式, 试验组实施临床胜任力导向教学模式, 包括组建专业教学小组、构建系统化教学内容、理论实践结合及分阶段考核。教学周期为1个月, 比较两组护理实习生的理论知识、实践技能及临床护理综合素质得分。结果 试验组护理实习生实习后理论知识(90. 23±2. 47 vs. 83. 26±4. 11, P<0. 05)、实践技能(92. 13±5. 31 vs. 84. 12±3. 25, P<0. 05)及临床护理综合素质(93. 23±5. 27 vs. 84. 25±6. 31, P<0. 05)评分均高于对照组。结论 以临床胜任力为导向的教学模式可有效提升骨科护理实习生的理论知识、实践技能及临床综合素养。)
