In view of the inefficient photocatalytic treatment of the dye wastewater, the TiO2/ACF photocatalytic reactor was used to study the decolorization effect of the biochemical fluid water simulated by 18 kinds of dyes in printing and dyeing factories. The experimental results showe that when the TiO2/ACF photocatalytic reactor was treated with light cycle for 30 minutes, the decolorization rate of the simulated acid dye wastewater was more than 77%. Among them, the decolorization rate of acid blue A-R and acid yellow PA simulated wastewater reached 98% and 96%. The decolorization rate of neutral dye simulated wastewater was above 55%, the decolorization rate of vat dye simulated wastewater was less than 44%, and the decolorization rates of disperse dye and reactive dye simulated wastewater were less than 25%. Five dyes with obvious removal effects were selected for comparative experiments. It was found that the decolorization rates of the five kinds of dye wastewater under the conditions of light+TiO2/ACF were much greater than those of the blank light and dark state adsorption processes. The five dyes were mixed to prepare mixed dye simulated wastewater. The decolorization rate of TiO2/ACF photocatalytic reactor for mixed dye simulated wastewater reached 86%.
