In the conditions of technological and structural changes in national economies, a corporate innovative system providing the required dynamics of the processes of generation, creation, dissemination and use of innovations is a means to solve the problems of innovative development associated with them at macro-, meso-and microlevels. Clarification of the essence, functions and composition of the corporate innovation system showed that the management of its formation and development should be problem-oriented, due to the need to level the discrepancies between the intended and real results of innovative activity. As a result, a problem-oriented model of the corporate innovation system was proposed, structuring the relationships and forms of internal and external interactions, taking into account the institutional features of the corporation's functioning under the conditions of market changes.
