Abstract

International Penal Court is an international juridical and permanent institution with general and unique competition in trying and penalisation of psihical persons acused by serious infringements of the international humanitary law. The international penalisation of genocide infrictional, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the agresion crimes constitute an imperative and an obligation of international comunity.
