CONSTRAINTS AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENTERPRISES IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Abstract

An enterprise generates cash flows in the course of its operation, while carrying out its financial function via a funding process, which, in turn, is one of the main objectives of financial management, that of supplying sufficient resources to finance its activity. The issue of financing enterprises both nationally and internationally has become more prominent over the last two years due to the global pandemic situation, as well as the war in Ukraine, which imposed new conditions of activity, a fact that confirms the importance and timeliness of this research. Thus, the study consists of a review of issues related to financing of enterprises, identifying their problems, as well as proposing solutions to overcome them.
