Abstract
In this paper, interdisciplinary approach to teaching of music and visual art has been shown from the aspect of its significance for musically talented students. The aim of the research was to examine the sensibility of students in younger school age for recognition of expressive characteristics of a music piece through visual interpretations. For each student, a degree of difference between the same used painting element on works inspired by different music compositions was separately determined. The research has shown that, according to each individual parameter, the students who attend school of music showed higher degree of expressing experienced differences between two music compositions. The existence of emphasized interactive relation between music-visual activities and their experience indicates high degree of correlation between music capabilities and expression of music experience.
