The article specifies the concept and composition of innovation potential and off ers the structure of this economic category. The concept of the innovation potential of the company is considered. The structure and the factors of the formation of this economic category is proposed. The issues of interaction and interdependence of structural components of innovative capacity are considered. The main directions of the innovation potential of the company are given separately.
