Abstract
Key Clinical Message It is important to maintain a vigilant approach towards incidental, rare findings like coronary artery aneurysms (CAAs) presenting with arrhythmia, particularly in patients with a history of myocardial infarction and cardiovascular risk factors. Diagnosis needs thorough evaluation. Tailoring management strategies to individual patient characteristics is crucial for optimizing outcomes.
