URDU-THE ROLE OF SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS OF ISLAM IN INTRA SECTARIAN DIALOGUE

Dialogue is the best tool to solve the issues and conflicts of opinions. Dialogue among different schools of thought in Muslims, is need to develop tolerance and peace in society. Society is a group of individuals who live in harmony with one other. Islam keeps a strong social system of its own which has solid rules and regulations. The social system of Islam is comprehensive and universal. All the stages of individual and collective life of a person fall in its sphere of action. The worship to Allah and the freedom of expression are core values of Islam, because pray to Allah and difference of opinion are natural phenomina of human life. All Islamic beliefs, modes of worship and affairs of life are based on moderation. Islam gave the right of free expression to every muslim, and gave basic principles for the 'MEDIA' to define one's views. Today the communication is a powerful medium to convey message to the people. Creating tolerance in society is the best way of life. The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) used different manners and institutions to perform this action. The role of social institutions of Islam for the success of inter-sectarian dialogue is of pivotal impotance. It has been explained in this article that by taking suitable steps at social, political and religious level, for inter-sectarian dialouge, best results can be achieved.
