These and other questions regarding Stone Age brewing are answered in the new book published by Ulrich Bähr and a group of brewing enthusiasts from Germany. In 28 experiments, ‘Historischer Verein Fürstenfeldbruck’ addresses essential questions regarding brewing in the Mesolithic period.
