The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology, as a teaching strategy in the Higher Administration course. It is a case study and quantitative analysis, with 32 students from a private university, from the discipline of Organizational Projects. Ability to solve problems and implementation, Adherence to the PBL model, Trust and Satisfaction were the dimensions addressed. The results showed that the methodology adopted showed a moderate perception for the understanding of the subject concepts by the students. Thus, in this specific case evaluated, it was realized that the strategy was not effective, considering the student's perception that was used as an analysis parameter.
