The impossibility that exists in Spain to inherit from someone when the inheritor requirer did not provide for the person with disability

Abstract

ABSTRACT: In 2003, the Spanish legislator introduced measures with the purpose of protecting the equity of people with disabilities. In this article, we investigate one of those measures: the inaptitude condition to inherit from people with disability when the inheritor did not provide for the person with disability when they needed.
