THE FORMATION OF TiO NANOCLUSTERS IN THE SURFACE LASER PLASMA WHEN TITANIUM AND BARIUM TITANATE ARE SUBJECTED TO THE EFFECT OF DOUBLE LASER PULSES
Abstract
The effect of an additional laser pulse on the formation of the composition and charge state of the surface laser plasma was studied by the laser spark spectrometry (LSS) method. It was shown that there is a possibility for an increase in the portion of titanium ions during ablation of the titanium alloy surface and barium titanate ceramics by double laser pulses as well as of TiO clusters under the effect of a series of double laser pulses on the target.
