A METHOD FOR DESIGNING A CROSS-SELLING STRATEGY FOR PAID MEDICAL SERVICES BASED ON INTELLECTUAL PATIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
The method for designing a cross-selling strategy for paid medical services based on services consumption analysis and simulated protability level in the context of clusters and patient proles has been developed. The proposed method allows to increase the e-ciency of health care organizations in conditions of transformation of the nancing mod-el and increasing competition in the market of paid medical services. This method allows to stimulate sales and manage the protability of paid medical services, as well as to reduce the manual labor of employees of planning and economic departments to create cross-sell-ing strategies for the use of free labor and medical equipment.
