La dudosa constitucionalidad del régimen sancionador del dopaje deportivo

Abstract

The text analyzes the universalizaton of the antidopping discipline as a consequence of the UNESCO Convention from 2005 and the passing of the Antidopping world code together with the impact of the strict liability system set forth by the former and that the new Organic Act 3/2013 of June 20th has received and whose compatibility with the constitutional presumption of innocence is uncertain.
