Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present the idea of teaching written comprehension (reading) in specialized French courses. This study relies on an example provided by the experience of working with Romanian engineering students and proposes a didactic approach which aims to achieve the main objective of written comprehension: using a specialized vocabulary.
