In this paper, we first use SemiSDAE and matrix decomposition to model the source and target domains according to the subject features and convert the encoder feature space to the matrix decomposition feature space through the feature transformation function to deeply integrate the features extracted from both. Combining the implicit feedback information of users for cross-domain recommendation and retaining the semantic information, the features of various disciplines are integrated into the online and offline cross-domain teaching based on the SPOC platform. The method in this paper has a high recall rate of 0.99 in 60% of training data, and 0.96 in 80% of training data, and the results of various sports programs are excellent, which can organically combine sports with other disciplines and promote the development and innovation of sports teaching.
