THE TECHNIQUE OF THE ESTIMATION OF THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE RESULTS OF THE INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY IN THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY COMPLEX

Abstract

The main result of article is the techniqueof an estimation of innovative potential ofresults of the intellectual activity, being created the organizations and enterprises ofthe defense industry complex. The choice of technique on the basis of fuzzy sets isexplained by that the majority of the innovations, being made defense industry complex,belong to product innovations therefore tothem there correspond commodity resultsof intellectual activity. Distinctive features of the stated technique consist in belonging ofan estimation of multicomponent innovativepotential of results of intellectual activity totype of the linguistic variable measured ona fuzzy scale of values.
