PENGARUH MINAT BELAJAR, MOTIF BERPRESTASI DAN KESIAPAN BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IPS PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSI DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUBAH TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS belum optimal namun minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar sudah optimal. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMAN 1 Subah secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis statistik inferensial. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Minat Belajar, Motif Berprestasi dan Kesiapan Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar secara simultan diperoleh 93,8%. Kontribusi parsial variabel bebas adalah 39,81% minat belajar, 17,55% motif berprestasi dan 27,56% kesiapan belajar. Ada pengaruh signifikan antara minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Subah tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 secara simultan maupun parsial. Learning achievement is influenced by various internal and external factors. In preliminary observations found that the majority of student achievement is not optimal, but the interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn which is owned by the students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Subah were optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of the interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn on student achievement in class XI IPS accounting subjects in SMAN 1 Subah either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Subah. Proporsionate sampling using random sampling. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and methods of documentation. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classical assumption test and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that there is a significant relationship between interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn the learning achievement of students of social class XI SMAN 1 Subah 2013/2014 school year either simultaneous or partially.
