استراتيجيات الخطاب السياسي: دراسة لغوية في كتاب "الإسلام وأصول الحكم" للشيخ علي عبد الرازق
Abstract
يعد كتاب "الإسلام وأصول الحكم" بحثًا في مسألة الخلافة، ألفَّه الشيخ علي عبد الرازق (1888- 1966م) عام 1925، ليخلص من خلاله إلى أن نظام الخلافة ليس أساسًا للحكم، وأنه ليس من الإسلام في شيء، بخلاف الاعتقاد السائد آنذاك. وقد نتج عن ظهور هذا الكتاب في تلك الحقبة، بما فيها من ظروف وملابسات سياسية واجتماعية، نشوب معركة من أشهر المعارك في تاريخ مصر الفكري والسياسي، أدت بدورها إلى محاكمة الشيخ وإخراجه من زمرة العلماء وعزله من وظائفه؛ حيث إنه قد تعرض فيه لمسألة سياسية ذات بعد ديني؛ هي مسألة الخلافة التي كانت قد أُلغيت في تركيا عام 1923م، وكان ملك مصر أحمد فؤاد الأول (1917- 1936م) يسعى إلى إقامتها مرة أخرى في مصر، وقد اقتضى ذلك السياق السياسي والاجتماعي أن يختار علي عبد الرازق في تناوله لهذه القضية الشائكة استراتيجيات خطابية مختلفة ليحقق مقاصده التواصلية. يقوم هذا البحث بدراسة خطاب الشيخ علي عبد الرازق السياسي المتمثل في كتاب "الإسلام وأصول الحكم"، وما أعقبه من مقالات ترد على اتهامات هيئة كبار العلماء التي وجهت له؛ وذلك للتعرف على الاستراتيجيات الخطابية التي شَكَّلته وأسهمت في إنتاجه. يتخذ البحث من التحليل التداولي للخطاب إطارًا نظريًا، مع الإفادة من معطيات نظرية السياق، والمبادئ التواصلية لجرايس Grice. ينقسم البحث إلى مقدمة، وقسمين أحدهما نظري يعرض لمفهوم استراتيجيات الخطاب وأنواعها وآلياتها، وللسياق المعاصر لخطاب الشيخ علي عبد الرازق، والآخر تطبيقي يدرس آليات الاستراتيجيات المباشرة وغير المباشرة في خطابه، وخاتمة بها النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة. Abstract In 1925, Sheikh Ali Abdel - Razik (1888 - 1966( issued his book “Al-ˀislām Wa ˀusūl Al-ḥokm”, which is a research on the issue of the caliphate, in which he concludes that the caliphate system is not a basis for governance, and that it is not part of Islam in anything, contrary to the prevailing belief at the time. The emergence of this book in that era, including its political and social circumstances, led to the outbreak of one of the most famous battles in Egypt’s intellectual and political history, which in turn led to the trial of the Sheikh, his expulsion from the clique of scholars, and his dismissal from his posts. As he dealt in it with the issue of the caliphate that had been abolished in Turkey in 1924, and the King of Egypt Ahmed Fouad I (1917 - 1936 AD) was seeking to establish it again in Egypt, and the political and social context necessitated that he choose Ali Abdel Razik in dealing with this issue The thorny strategies are rhetorical, some of which are direct (declarative) and others are indirect (indicative) to achieve its communicative purposes. This research studies Sheikh Ali Abdel Razik’s political speech represented in the book “Al-ˀislām Wa ˀusūl Al-ḥokm”, and what hindered it and the notes and articles that responded to the accusations of the Council of Senior Scholars that were leveled against him; In order to identify the strategies that formed this discourse and contributed to its production, and to reveal the linguistic mechanisms of these strategies.
