There is no system, whether natural or artificial, which can be understood and especially directed if there is no understanding of the mode of communication. Hence the inseparability of communication and leadership as two main segments of the research area of this paper. In what direction does a person change, what implies research questions and opens space for new ones? A person as a highly educated individual, specialist or expert in the current circumstances is based on knowledge, which makes knowledge the dominant property of most successful organizations. In such situations there is a significant communication distance, significant communication barriers are emerging that contribute to the failure of the process itself. What further adds to this research problem is the structure of the business system, which changes in line with the current trends and consequently leads to a change in the communication channel, ie, the flow of information. These changes are not negligible and significantly change the nature of communication, and as a consequence of all, an adequate response from leadership is required. The basic research question is: To what extent does the efficiency of communication define success as a stage in the maturity of leadership? Quantitative methods that are appropriate to the basic research intentions and the nature of the available data are multivariate variance analysis (MANOVA), discriminatory analysis and single-factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) in order to determine the differences between the defined groups of observed phenomenon depending on the specificity of the observed features.
