In this paper the approaches to educational administration as a field of teaching management of the twenty-first century are systematized, joins this epistemology of qualitative evaluation, its differential peculiarities, which displays the teaching as an enrichment in the creative debate their read a case of Ecuadorian education can achieve the main objective to argue the relationship of educational administration with qualitative evaluation by reading the model in the institutional pedagogical practice of teaching-learning process, from a self-managed perspective inquiry of a center school. The investigation took on a literature review, documentary, guides survey, interview and observation to social actors involved in the problem under study.
