Key Clinical Message Dermatomyositis is an uncommon autoimmune disease with only few cases reported from Nepal. Presence of anti TIF‐1 gamma antibodies in DM are the strongest predictor of malignancy. Timely screening of malignancies for early detection and management remains the mainstay of this report.
