Integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in a patient with hemorrhagic stroke (1例出血性中风患者的医护一体化查房体会)

Abstract

This article summarizes the practice of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in a patient with hemorrhagic stroke. By analyzing the patient's clinical data, doctors and nurses jointly discussed the key nursing content and formulated nursing measures, including illness condition monitoring, airway management, health education and rehabilitation care. Through integrated medical and nursing ward rounds, the holistic nursing intervention was carried out to improve the recovery of the patient with hemorrhagic stroke. (本文总结 1例出血性中风患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。医生、护士协作查房, 由责任护士进行病例汇报, 医生分析病情, 医护联合对重点护理内容进行讨论, 协同制定护理措施, 包括病情观察、呼吸道管理、健康指导、康复护理等, 通过实施整体护理, 改善患者病情, 提高康复效果。)
