Síntesis de los cambios recientes en la institucionalidad cultural de México, por la creación de la Secretaría de Cultura. Se hace referencia a algunos antecedentes históricos sobre el origen de las políticas culturales y se dan algunas orientaciones sobre los procesos que siguen a continuación.
