Changes of thymus structure of experimental animals after imunofan treatment
Abstract
The purpose of the current work was to determine the changes of thymus structure of mature white rats after imunofan treatment in a dosage 0,7 µg/kg of body weight. Control animals received 0,9% soluble-sodium chloride. The thymus samples were taken on 15th, 30th and 90th day after treatment. The morphometric researches showed the active reaction of thymus with the retardation of involutive processes in organ that was proved with the high degree of statistical validity.
