This paper presents an experimental implementation of creativity and self-esteem workshops within the teaching degree at Salesian Polytechnic University, Campus Quito, with the goal of strenghthening a comprehensive training and professional motivations of the students. This group device is not mandatory for students - attempts to provide a space for reflection and self-evaluation, creativity and communication, achieving levels of self-respect and the other, in the context of understanding and solidarity.
