MANAGEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY STRUCTURAL UNITS DURING RESTRUCTURING

Abstract

The paper offers for discussion the restructuring of higher education institutions during transition period towards the effective management of main educational programs. The pessimistic and optimistic scenarios of organizational change are proposed. The authors problematize the principles of the university structure and the quality management system of main educational programs.
