Działalność prorodzinna biskupa profesora Kazimierza Majdańskiego z perspektywy diecezji szczecińsko-kamieńskiej

Abstract

Abp Prof. Dr hab. Kazimierz Majdański (+ 29.04.2007) was a man serving the truth. He knew that by serving the truth, he served freedom, the liberation of man and the nations, and above all serves life and family. Healthy families and strong by God is his greatest concern. In this field he undertook many very valuable initiatives, both in the space of the universal Church, in Poland, and in the diocese of Szczecin-Kamień. Among them is the call to existence: Institute of Family Studies, Community of the Holy Family, High Seminary, House of the Single Mother, Caritas of the Diocese Szczecin-Kamień, Marian shrines and scientific symposia, numerous scientific publications on life and family and above all untiring efforts to ensure that the Diocese of Szczecin-Kamien and the whole Western Pomerania met in Szczecin with Pope John Paul II – the pope of the family. The last published statement of Archbishop. K. Majdański brought with him his life-long challenge: “Listen to God to live”
