The ways of preventing drug use by military personnel of military organizations

Abstract

• Currently, drug addiction and drug use as one of the most serious social challenges in our country are the cause of many injuries and deviations, and employees working in military organizations as part of Society is naturally exposed to the tendency to use narcotics. In this research, a review of the internal and external causes of the attitude of employees in Paywar, a military organization, has suggested the use of drugs as preventive labor. The data of this research have been analyzed in two qualitative and quantitative levels. In the qualitative analysis section, using the documents and interviews with 8 of the owners of this organization, the factors affecting the tendency of the drug users to be determined and according to The results were collected by a questionnaire and distributed among 96 active officials in the Department of Crime Prevention. To determine the importance of the factors, Friedman test method was used based on the highest mean, which is based on the average of each question, the hypotheses of this research have been proved and accepted. In the end, using the results of the research, preventive work paths such as raising awareness, teaching life skills and establishing a close and logical relationship between the authorities and the employees under the command were presented.
