Security Threats Distance Education Projects in Countries with a High Failed States Index

Abstract

Within the composition of the ontology of the information security system of distance education, set of threats for countries with a high value of Failed States Index has been claimed. The main focus is on the topological components of social and technical channels for vulnerabilities which interact with the threats.
