Influence of Maquiavelo in the educational management and the response in the bolivarian educational revolution

Machiavelli's man was described, praised by the philosophers and artists of the Renaissance: he was the man who "is given to have what he wants and be what he wants", who does not believe in astrological conceptions. The phenomenon of power, after the birth of new states and new social relations had changed, emerging organizations and radios of influence emerged. Machiavelli naked, values strength and power becoming his reasons for his modern state. The research work was developed in a documentary historical exploratory methodology, whose main theme is the characteristics that show Machiavelli's thinking and instrumental reason as factors of power and Eurocentric domain present in education and public management from colonization to the present day, evidencing the manipulation of man and the modern conception of politics as a calculating technique of dominance with the depredation of nature. The investigation resulted in: the instrumental reason of positivist origin in an omnipotent, efficient instrument, at the service of useful objectives with the defense to the supremacy granted to public management policy, legitimizes the means and instruments for its action can be developed to the interests of the State. Education with instrumental rationality is a form of domain integrated into a world system, with a Eurocentric hegemonic thinking.
